OPPORTUNITIES

 

Our goal is to get as many people through our doors for our attending vendors, and put on a show that keeps bringing crowds back.  Offering a nice PRIZE POT is a great way to do that!

 

 We also offer exposure Sponsorships for any vendors looking for additional ways promote their business.  Below are some opportunities to be greater part of our show!

ALL SPONSORS WILL HAVE LISTING ON WEBSITE WITH LINK, BE PROMOTED ON SCREENS DAY OF THE  SHOW AND WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA SHOUTOUTS.

PRESENTING SPONSOR

Investment - $1,500

As Presenting Sponsor, your business name will be included in all Radio Ads (2 months prior to show) and Social Media Promos, logo will go on website and all media related to the show promotion and day of show.  The show will be advertised fully as "The Mankato Bridal Show PRESENTED BY __________"

MIMOSA SPONSOR

Investment - $1,000 - $1200 per show

We like to give our a complimentary Mimosa to all couples as they enter.  This adds a little fun and excitement to the show.  As Mimosa Sponsor, your business name will be included in Radio Promos (1 month prior to show), additional website listings, social media mentions, and logo displayed the day of show.  Final sponsorship cost based on number of Mimosas handed out.

Investment - $500 - $1,000

(Prize sponsorships are first come first serve. We only take 2 sponsors per category. and will close out this opportunity out after 8-10 sponsorships fill.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

  • All booth payments must be received in FULL to reserve a booth, you are not guaranteed a space until full payment has been received.

  • All registration forms and payment must be received no later than Tuesday, February 6, 2025

  • If payments are not received by the day of the show, we will not have a booth space reserved for you

  • Limit of 1 business per booth. No marketing or signage for more than 1 business will be allowed in any booth.  If discovered, full booth fees will apply for any additionally advertised businesses.

  • Vendor “day of” information including load-in details, booth assignments, and an event outline will be emailed out 1 week prior to show date

  • Participation and booth location are on a first come, first served basis, vendor booth assignments are subject to change without notice.

  • Media release: By registering and paying as a vendor, you are authorizing Mankato Bridal Show, LLC to use photos from your business’s social media pages to promote your business’s attendance in the show and to promote the Mankato Bridal Show on all social media pages.   You are also authorizing Mankato Bridal Show, LLC to use images of your employees, booth and materials displayed in your vendor booth at the show and for future Mankato Bridal Show marketing.

  • You must follow rules and regulations of the Mayo Event Center

  • You will not sell, share or reproduce the Lead List provided.

Additional Table Fees + Electrical

  • A 6’ table with linen is included with your booth fee.  If you prefer a Hi-top or need additional tables in your booth, there is a fee of $20 per table, please indicate your table needs below.  These are first come first serve.  Hi-tops/Tables requested the day of the show will be a $40 fee.

  • Electrical service is part of your booth fee, please indicate below if you require electrical at your booth.  If not indicated below, there will be a $50 hookup fee for day of hookup.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% refund is only available if booth cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to show date

  • No refunds if booth cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the show.  If you are unable to attend for any reason, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
